Juneteenth Queen Anne Kickback with Melanated Alchemy
We’re excited to support Melanated Alchemy in presenting the Juneteenth Queen Anne Kickback, a FREE ‘Friday’ double feature this Friday, 6/19 at Montana Badlands.
We’ll be raising funds for Lavender Rights Project at this event, a Black Trans Feminist organization advancing policy advocacy, movement lawyering, community organizing, and supportive housing to address the systems that disproportionately harm Black and gender-diverse communities.
Plein Air Paint Out
We’re joining Magnuson Park Gallery in their Plein Air Paint Out 7/18. There will be painting in nature, of nature.

We also clean parks. And advocate. And participate in mutual aid.
We believe in intersectionality, that the issues we face are interwoven. We know we thrive together.
This is reflected in our programming. One week we’re cleaning a local park, another we’re hosting a film screening and discussion, another a skill swap.
All events are free unless otherwise noted, RSVP encouraged for planning purposes. We believe strongly that art, nature and community should never be inaccessible due to cost, and are part of being human.
